Loueen Morrison

Loueen is an Australian artist now living in Britain.  She travels, paints and draws.  Her art celebrates the world around her.  Loueen likes to work from reality, wherever possible drawing and painting directly from life, the person and the landscape.

“I want to show the interactions of colour, light, shadow and shapes.  To give you a moment, a connection with the world and invite you to look a little closer.”

Loueen has paintings in several private collections in Britain, Germany, Australia, USA and in public collections in Australia.

Susan Keeble

Susan Keeble has been painting for as long as she can remember. She is particularly fond of watercolour, but also paints in acrylics and oils, and enjoys printmaking, especially in lino printing and screen printing. She is also very keen on pottery, often using ‘wild clay’ which she processes herself.

Alongside her painting practice, Susan runs several adult art classes each week, as well as occasionally tutoring local art groups. This is important part of Susan’s life as an artist which she finds a creative process in its own right.

I have held solo exhibitions at the Loughton Arts Centre in 2019 and at the Thames Chase Trust in 2019. I have been runner up in a National Art competition, as well as winning some local competitions and have been voted ‘favourite painting in exhibition’ on two occasions.

My work is figurative and impressionistic. I draw inspiration from the surroundings of the natural world, which is stimulated by my attraction to light, colour, shape, pattern & line
